Thank you for thinking about hosting your important day, work function or get together at Fox's Hawker House.
Here at Fox's bringing people together is our number one task, so we hope to provide you with a package that suits your budget and style of event! Our passionate chefs create wonderful platters, & meals from our fun and social plates. We specialise in catering for all types of diets; gluten-free and vegan options and believe that only the best will do!
If there is something special on our menu that you don’t see below, let us know, and we will do our best to make it happen for you!
The Perfect Party Environment
Fox's dining room (our back area) is perfect for a group of up to 60 standing. The space is ‘semi’ private, and can be arranged with bar leaners to create the perfect party environment.
Our full venue can be hired too, with a capacity of 100 for that special event or gathering. Talk to us about creating a bespoke package to suit your requirements.
Looking for private dining? Our restaurant can seat up to 35 guests, you would have the space to yourself, to celebrate that special birthday or occasion. Our chef can create amazing set menus to suit your tastes. Just contact Mark to discuss more!

No group is too small and we love to fill the place with big groups too!

Pick your spread!
Choose some of our delicious food to share amongst your guests. Let us know if you want to swap something on our platters and set menus!
If you are hosting a mingling/standing event, a minimum spend of $15 per head for food is incurred.
This is part of our host responsibility program that ensures your guests have some food available to eat during the time of your function, you can naturally order more if you wish but this is the benchmark.

Lock in your date
with a bond
For private hire we do require a Bond of $300 to lock in your event date.
This can be used on the evening or returned to you after the event, providing no damages have occurred.
FREE VENUE
Fox's Hawker House is a free facility (no venue hire) for you and the community to utilise with the added bonus of having a professional team in the background taking care of you.
Beverages
When hosting a function there are 3 different options to consider for how you would like us to operate the bar during your event.
cash bar
OPEN BAr Tab
All guests pay for their own drinks. We provide a ‘host’ available, personal to you in your area, to take orders & payments – no need to visit the bar for drinks if you don’t want to!
As the organiser/host, you decide how much money you would like to be placed on the bar tab to cover the full cost of the guest's drinks. It could be a $500 bar tab or $5000 bar tab, it's your choice.
The tab can be limited to soft drinks, tap beers & house wines or can be opened up to include house spirits, bottled beers, premium spirits, premium wines, sparkling wines etc.
You decide what beverage selections are included under the open bar tab.The bartender will advise you when you have reached the set limit you have given us for your bar tab. It is then your choice to either increase the bar tab limit or operate a cash bar for your guests.
Subsidised Cash Bar
This is a cross between the other 2 options. You as the organizer/host have a set amount you would like to be placed on the bar tab, however, you could pay $5 per drink and your guests pay the difference.
For example, if a drink costs $12, you will pay $5, and your guest will pay the remaining $7. This amount could be changed to any amount (i.e. $3 to you and $9 to your guest) whichever amount suits you best.
Similar to the open bar tab this can be limited to whichever drinks you like. We can run it with tap beers, bottle beers, wines and house spirits. The decision is up to you
Once the limit is reached or about to be our manager will inform you about that and it will be your choice to either increase it or to move onto a complete cash bar for your guests.
